What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), the country you are interested in, your trade, and anything you write in your message. When an agent registers for the partner portal, we collect their name, contact details, and agency information. Agents may also upload candidate profiles and documents (such as CVs and passport copies) on behalf of candidates who have given their consent.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about jobs and visas, to assess and process job applications and visa cases, and to operate the partner portal. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to process a job or visa application you have asked us about.
Where it is stored
Documents are stored on private storage that is not publicly accessible. Partner agents can only see the candidates and jobs they submitted themselves — never another agent's data.
Your rights
