Heavy truck drivers are required for a company in the United States of America. This vacancy is open to candidates who hold a valid heavy-vehicle driving license from the UAE or Canada, and selected candidates must attend an embassy interview.
Job Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy trucks to transport goods to assigned destinations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is safe and roadworthy.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo as required, ensuring safe handling at all times
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and complete deliveries on time
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, delivery documents, and vehicle inspections
• Follow traffic laws, safety procedures, company policies, and USA road regulations
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, delays, or delivery-related issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Keep the vehicle clean and ensure proper maintenance is carried out when required.
Job Requirements:
• Valid heavy-vehicle driving licence from the UAE or Canada
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing and able to attend an embassy interview
• Relevant heavy-truck driving experience preferred
• Ability to comply with USA road-safety and company regulations
